We arrived in Moscow at 5.30am this morning after a 4 hour flight from London. Our guide arrived at 12 after we managed to get a couple of hours sleep and took us on a tour of Moscow city. It was very hot-they have had a heatwave here for weeks. We ended up in Red Square which was fascinating. Very few people speak English and almost nothing is written in English. It feels like starting to learn at school all over again!

Moscow looks interesting. Did you go inside the mosque? Grace asked if you bought a Russian doll. Saturn won the school sports. The Cats won but 'you know who' is still on top of the ladder. Our new building now has a frame and half a roof. Enjoy St Petersburg.34K
ReplyDeleteHi Robyn and Stu, all this looks great so far and we are enjoying the blog. Unfortunately we are as archaic with twittering etc as those Cotswold churches and haven't got our heads around that. Do enjoy your tour and we look forward to your next posting.
